As a team, we prioritize outreach. We want to use our knowledge to help others in any way we can. So, we host events throughout the season, help set up fields for competitions, and more.
Calling all middle schoolers! We will be hosting an in person camp designed to introduce middle school students to our international finalist VEX VRC team (44777U) and introduce them to VEX IQ. We will go over how to start your own team, what it takes to make a strong team, and have an open Q&A session.
Where: Meeting room in Sammamish Library
Time: 3:00-5:00 P.M.
During their robotics meeting, our team went to Timberline Middle School to talk to their students multiple times throughout October. We had over 100 students in total and we taught them various things including different drivetrains, how to make their engineering notebook better, and just general advice on how to do well in robotics. We also hosted an open Q&A every time we went to talk to them.

We have built a platform where we can support students that are already on a VRC team and want to be apart of a community where they can reach for help anytime. We communicate with teams through Discord and other forms of social media. With this server, we would have channels for open end discussion where teams can communicate with other teams and can directly communicate with us. We would also enable the ability for teams to schedule a call with us and ask questions that way.
